Last semester I took MDDE 602. I got 100% on my statistical analysis. At the beginning of this semester, just a few months later, I sat down and read my work. "Who wrote that?" I thought. It was clear that I remembered less than I would have liked.

That being said, at this midway point, I am remembering. Not only the concepts, but the ways in which it makes sense for me to *learn* statistics. I need quiet space. I need time to allow for sustained attention. I can't dip in and out. I need textbooks, graphs, videos. More, importantly, I need to practice calculations by hand in order to really understand what is going on....
